The Green Architect was commissioned to re-design inside and out a 60's house build and turn it into something modern and new.  Emphasis was made on retaining the family space however we completed reinvented this house and revealed to the client some incredible new opportunities using light and space.

The Green Architect were commissioned to design a mixed use scheme consisting of student accommodation and commercial units.  Todays latest design standards and techniques have been used to provide excellence in design alongside a proven business model.  The business plan allowed funding to be successfully secured and the scheme to move into Planning.

The Green Architect will work with you on any size project helping you visualise your ideal home design. Our 3d technology gives those who struggle to read plans a real sense of what is going to be built prior to any on site works.

For Whitley Bay High School in the North East, The Green Architects were commissioned to design a new flexible outdoor space for mobile outdoor teaching, student performances including musical, entertainment, and presentation displays. The pavilion follows working with students during an engagement session to come up with ideas, designs and uses.
